Prices exclusive:
- Visitor's tax € 1,80 per person and day

- Car-Port: covered parking space in our car-port € 3,00 per day, €19 per week
- Intermediate cleaning: between € 30,-and € 70,- depending on apartment size and persons
- Fresh bread service: from a local bakery at cost price
- Baby Package: cot with bed-linen, towels and a highchair for your baby €12,- per day
- Dogs allowed on request: if you like to bring a dog, please inform us direktly after booking. For a dog we charge €11,- per day.

Cancellation policy:
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead we work with the following cancellation conditions: -
You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.
-6 weeks to 3 weeks before arrival we charge 30%
-3 weeks to 1 week before arrival 70%,
-1 week to 1 day before arrival 90%
- 100% of the apartment price in case of no-show and early departure
Payment:
Cash and bank transfer. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept card payments.
Booking:
After booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the apartment price via bank transfer.

Travel Insurance:
We recommend that you take out travel insurance so that you are at least financially secure in the event of illness or accidents during or before your vacation.
